Adam's Disgraceful Fall Redeemed by Christ

Today's Text: For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 1 Corinthians 15:22

The Message:      Christ is called the second Adam. In purity and holiness, connected with God, and beloved by God, He began where the first Adam began. But the first Adam was in every way more favorably situated than was Christ. The wonderful provision made in Eden for the holy pair was made by a God who loved them. Everything in nature was pure and undefiled. Fruits, flowers, and beautiful, lofty trees flourished in the Garden of Eden. With everything that Adam and Eve required, they were abundantly supplied.      But Satan came, and insinuated doubts of God's wisdom. He accused Him, their heavenly Father and Sovereign, of selfishness, because to test their loyalty, He had prohibited them from eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge. Eve fell under the temptation, and Adam accepted the forbidden fruit from his wife's hand. He fell under the smallest test that the Lord could devise to prove his obedience, and the floodgates of woe were opened upon our world. He was furnished with a holy nature, sinless, pure, undefiled; but he fell because he listened to the suggestions of the enemy; and his posterity became depraved....      When Christ came, He entered a world disloyal to God, a world all seared and marred by the curse of rebellion against the Creator. The archdeceiver had carried on his work with intense vigor, until the curse of transgression had fallen upon the earth. People were corrupted by Satan's inventions.... Claiming for himself the attributes of mercy, goodness, and truth, Satan attributed his own attributes to God. These misrepresentations must be met and demonstrated as false, by Christ in human nature.      Christ was tempted by Satan in a hundredfold more severe manner than was Adam, and under circumstances in every way more trying.... He redeemed Adam's disgraceful fall and saved the world. There is hope for all who will come to Christ and receive Him as their personal Saviour....      By transgression the world had been divorced from heaven. Christ bridged the gulf and connected earth with heaven. In human nature He maintained the purity of His divine character. He lived the law of God, and honored it in a world of transgression, revealing to the worlds unfallen, to the heavenly universe, to Satan, and to all the fallen sons and daughters of Adam that through His grace humanity can keep the law of God! He came to impart His own divine nature, His own image, to the repentant, believing soul.-Manuscript 20, 1898 (Manuscript Releases 8:39-41).

Commentary: My friend, the deception that Satan had led the people of God to accept in the time of Christ, is alive and well in the remnant church today.  At the first coming of Christ, Satan had distorted the image of God by his sophistries so that they did not recognize the Son of God when He appeared to them in human flesh.  Though the prophecies declared the manner of His coming, and the nature of His work, they were looking unto an altogether different being to come.  Through this deception, Satan led the people to reject and crucify the Son of God. The sophistry that was being practiced in the time of Christ has become even more deadly today.  The whole of the Christian world as well as the Seventh-day Adventist Church, have fallen under this deadly delusion.  That delusion is the doctrine of the trinity.  It is a false image of God and through it Satan will lead all who believe it to receive the mark of the beast in their forehead or in their hands. Through the trinity, Satan has corrupted the experience of the remnant church to the point where they cannot proclaim the last message of hope that is to go to the world.  The three angels message is that message.  Through the deception of the trinity, he has led the remnant church to believe that the first angels message is about bringing the world to worship God on the true Sabbath, when in reality it is to bring the world back to worship the One true God through His Son Jesus Christ. The trinity has corrupted the peoples image of God; corrupted their experience, and has corrupted their message.  The message to the Laodicean church is "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:" (Revelation 3:15-17).  They have lost the righteousness of Christ, and have taken upon themselves the false righteousness of the trinity.  Because the trinity has the appearance of God, they are blind to their true condition. The three angels message is to bring the world back to worshiping the Creator God, the One true God through His Son Jesus Christ.  The trinity has corrupted this message and has shifted the emphasis from the One true God, and unto the Sabbath, thus corrupting its influence upon the people of God.  In order for this message to go to the world with the power of God, it's messengers must be sanctified by the first angels message.  They must "Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters." (Revelation 14:7).  The message must be given by those who worship the God of creation, and that is the One true God, the Father, for all things were created by the Father through the Son. "But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." (1 Corinthians 8:6). My friend, if you are worshiping God in the form of the trinity you are worshiping God in vain, and cannot participate in giving the last message of hope to the world.  Jesus said in Matthew 15:9 "But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."  The trinity is a man-made doctrine that has been pushed by the leadership of the church upon the people, and it has corrupted the pillars of our faith.  Unless there is zealous repentance, your salvation is in jeopardy. It is time to look away from the false, man-made tradition of the trinity, and look unto the One true God through His Son Jesus Christ today. God bless,
